Creating an Account
If you don’t already have an account, you can register on our website here: http://canwestwholesaleesthetics.com/account/register or call us toll-free at 1-888-335-5400 for assistance. Can-West uses the same online system for in-store purchases and trade shows, if you have purchased in-store but do not have access to your online account, please contact us at email@example.com to update your email address.
Professional Only Policy
Can-West is a professional only wholesaler. We require proof of certification or business ownership. This can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 1-306-955-5181. Please note that orders for gel or acrylic nail products require Nail Technician certification, and orders for lash extension products require Lash Technician certification. Accounts must be approved manually and may take 24-48 business hours.
Accounts are for the professional account holder only and are not to be shared. Salon owners can contact us at email@example.com or phone 1-888-335-5400 to add employees who are allowed to order on their behalf. Sharing your account information with others may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
Esthetics students may set up accounts before completing their studies. To complete their registration, students must send in proof of their enrolment containing the name of the institution, the date of enrolment or expected completion, the name of the course, and the student’s name. Students have one year to send in their completed certification before purchasing privileges may be revoked.
Can-West students have 12 months to complete their studies, our education team can be contacted directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to make up classes and schedule exam rewrites.
