General

All orders that are placed with Can-West are processed on a first come first serve basis. Can-West is a wholesaler that requires professional certification or spa owners on all orders. All orders for gel products require a certified Nail Technician certificate. All lash extension orders require a certified Lash Extension certificate. Please see our Account Policies for more information.

 

How to Place an Order

Product categories are listed on the navigation menu on the main page. Add items to your online cart, and check out once you are finished, or call us toll-free at 1-888-335-5400 to place your order.

All orders must be paid in full before they will be shipped or can be picked up. For online orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, E-Transfer, and PayPal. For in-store orders, we accept Cash, Debit, Visa and MasterCard.

 

Backorder Policy

Can-West tries to keep all our products in-stock on a regular basis, and our inventory up-to-date and accurate. Due to the large volume of sales and shipping delays from vendors, stock may get depleted or inventory may contain errors. Regularly stocked items may still be purchased when they are out of stock. Customer Service will contact you if any items on your order are out of stock. We are happy to put you on a backorder list and contact you by phone or email when the product arrives.

Any backorder products are subject to a $9.95 shipping charge if under $50.00. Unpaid product will only be held for one week after we have attempted to contact you and then returned to the shelf. Paid product under $50 may be cancelled and refunded after 2 weeks, at our discretion. Paid product may be shipped out if we are unable to contact you or have received prior instruction to do so, please contact us if you are wanting to cancel a backordered item.

 

Shipping & Pick Up

Although Can-West is located in Saskatoon, products are shipped all over Canada on a daily basis. Most orders are shipped Expedited Parcel with Canada Post but you do have options for upgraded shipping rates.

Pick up is available at our Saskatoon showroom.

Additional shipping charges may apply to Oversize/Overweight parcels, and orders shipping to remote areas. Customer Service will contact you for authorization of additional fees once your order has been processed.

 

Return Policy

Unused and unopened items purchased from the Can-West Wholesale Esthetics Supplies may be returned to Can-West for store credit or refund, given that your returned item meets the criteria listed below:

  • All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice received in person or in your shipment.
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition and include original packaging.
  • Returns must be made within 14 of delivery of your shipment, or 14 days past the date on your invoice or sales receipt. If you are unable to return product to our Saskatoon showroom within this time period, please contact us to notify us of your return.
  • We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from the Can-West Wholesale Esthetics Supplies.
  • A re-stocking fee of up to 20% may apply to some returns, at our discretion.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item being returned is damaged, defective, or not the item ordered by the customer.

 

Non-returnable or nonrefundable Policy

Can-West will not exchange or provide an in-store credit for items returned more than 14 days of the date indicated on the invoice. We will not accept the return of opened items (unless items are defective or damaged upon receipt). Some items we are unable to accept returns for hygienic and quality reasons. This includes: files and buffers, electric file bits, lash extension adhesives, unsealed wax pots, gel polish, nail polish, UV curing bulbs, and clearance products. Products that must be special-ordered or custom-made are nonrefundable. If you are unsure if an item is returnable, please contact us prior to purchase for clarification.

 

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items

Can-West Wholesale Esthetics Supplies will replace merchandise items only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt and approved for return by the Returns Department.

 

Refunds

Please notify the office of the Can-West Wholesale Esthetics Supplies to forecast the reason for your exchange or return request as soon as possible and prior to shipment back to Can-West. Should you have any questions about the item that you have received please do not hesitate to contact our office.

We will notify you of your refund via e-mail or by phone after we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment within 7 business days following receipt of your forecasted return.

 

10% Monday

RECEIVE 10% OFF ON ALL ITEMS NOT ALREADY ON SALE! (Some exceptions apply). Discount applies to all orders placed on the 10% Monday of that month only. Must be paid at time of order to receive discount. Prices in effect while quantities last. 10% Monday dates are posted on the CanWest Facebook Page and our website. Call us if you are unsure on which dates are 10% Mondays. We regret but we are not responsible for printing, typographical or illustration errors. Exceptions include: sale & clearance items, case lots and bulk-priced items, and new collections and product lines.
